See, the thing about Bosozoku is that it's so pretentious its not really pretentious at all. Taking DEM PIPES as an analogue for virility and adopting a comparison with, say, hair, the extra-pipes-added Infiniti is the guy with a very obvious piece and his sides died fakey coal black that has also darkened his scalp. The Bosozoku car is the middle-aged guy who has dyed his sides black, the middle purple, styled it into a mohawk, and has added a skull-face Afro comb. No person in their right mind will believe he's 20, but he's the kind of ridiculous a 20 year old might not mind being around. Actually insane, not just sad.
